A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR YOUTH IN FOSTER CARE

TAGGED will locate the academically, creatively, artistically, musically and athletically talented, ambitious, and gifted youth in the foster care system and groom, empower and direct them with life enhancing tools and extracurricular activities to help them realize and reach the highest levels of themselves.

TAGGED WILL:

  • Host the annual "Stuff-A-Stocking" project to give youth in foster care a little extra  at Christmas time.
  • Celebrate youth in foster care with parties for the most popular holidays.
  • Operate A Thrift Store where youth in Foster Care can shop at a discount.  This will also be a source of employment for several teens and a source of revenue to fund TAGGED activities.
  • Provide a Mentoring Program.
  • Conduct a series of life skills workshops to prepare them for successful transition to adulthood.
  • Conduct a Support Group/Circle where kids meet monthly and  share experiences and gather strength through their commonalities.
